When my friends and I were in college, we were obsessed with honey mustard dressing. We would go into the sandwich shop on campus and get little to go cups of honey mustard to take back to our dorms. We would eat it with pretzels while watching Friends.
As an adult, I still love honey mustard dressing. What I dislike is all the preservatives that come in a bottle of honey mustard. There are tons of names you can’t pronounce and a lot of time, hidden ingredients that contain gluten. I have been testing this recipe for months and have found the perfect balance of creamy Greek yogurt, honey, and mustard.
What you need:
½ cup of Greek Yogurt
4 tablespoons Spicy Brown Mustard (you could use any kind)
4 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
What to do:
Whisk all the ingredients together and taste it. If you feel you need more salt or pepper, add it and mix.
You can use honey mustard dressing as a side, a dip for sweet potato fries, and in other dishes. Stay tuned for my Honey Mustard Chicken!
